I purchased this cd set to improve my mental game and although it helped somewhat, it left me feeling very inferior to the folks he talks about and the stories he tells. Its definitely for the advanced golfers. He talks about players with handicaps from 12 down to scratch.
Several of my amateur golf friends have the Dr. Bob Rotella CD collection. We tease one another during someone’s challenging golf shot and ask, “What would Bob say?” Bob’s words of wisdom are reiterated throughout our weekend game. Bob is our guru, our fifth player, our coach (we can’t afford a live one). His soothing voice, superb credentials, and common sense approach make this a winner!! Bob is good for those having anger issues over lousy shots. I highly recommend this set. One needs to enjoy, laugh and move on regarding their golf game. Go Fore It!!
The content of the cd’s is good. Lots of antidotal stories. Expected more thought provoking ideas than was presented. Plastic cases the the cd’s came were mostly destroyed in shipping, really poor packaging. trying to contact supplier to lodge a complaint was not very easy. Would have to really want something to go through the procedure again.

If you are looking to improve your golf, make this collection your first investment. It will be the best money that you have ever spent on your game. “Putting Out of Your Mind” and “Golf is Not a Game of Perfect” will make you a better player.
I bought my golf buddy two months ago thinking that they had my home course mapped. As it turns out we have nine new holes that have not been mapped. I immediately called Golf Buddy and have called two more times since then. I’ve also sent two emails as they requested. On the phone they’re polite, tell me there is a local person to map the course, and that someone will give me a call back the same day. To date I’ve heard nothing from the company. No emails or calls and the course is still not mapped.
After 2 1/2 months my home course finally got mapped.
I bought the Golfbuddy GPS pro model and the first time I pulled it out of the box, it didn’t have the course I was at. I was a little upset but read in the manual it’s a good idea to update it when it’s first opened. Once I updated it, which is very easy, I have not had a course show up yet. GPS is very easy to use. No monthly fees which is nice.
Played with a buddy that had the SkyCaddie and iGolf and yardage was about same as all three were different but within a yard. Most of us are not good enough for a yard to affect your play so it’s wonderful.
Shot distance is a nice feature as well. You can use it for any club.

Golf buddy pro didn’t work well for me. I purchased two from amazon & best buy. They worked the same, holes 10-18 wasn’t automatically recognized. I updated the software from the website as i was advised too by customer service and it still didn’t work properly.
Every time I used it the yardage was wrong. I researched and found that the reason is that they use satelite images and a copy of the scorecard to set distance points. Skycaddy seems to be the only GPS that has people walk every course and that is why it is so accurate. It only holds 10 courses at a time but the yardage is always dead on
My new Golf Buddy has been a great asset for my golf game.It is especially good for short uphill and partially blind shots because it gives me exact distances. It has helped me cut about five strokes off my average score I am very well satisfied with my new Golf Buddy, I would recomend it for anyone who wants to play better. Thanks
I am a beginner and have tried a couple of meditation CDs on the market but have disliked them due to poor audio quality and all the Far East philosophy they try to get you to buy into. I simply wanted a quick way to get started meditating so that I could relieve my stress after a long day. This CD has been a blessing as it is easy to understand and benefit from. The music and the sound effects help me regulate my breathing and synchronize to the guided meditations. I highly recommend this for anybody looking to improve their quality of life and mental focus and don’t want to spend a lot of money or have to subscribe to complicated spiritual values from India or China. I had my wife try it and she loves it. Now we meditate together and it has brought us closer and even increased passion in our relationship. I will give this as gifts as the price is great for the life-improving benefits it provides. This is a CD for everyone!
This is a fantastic meditation CD. Have you ever said to yourself, “Why can’t they make a meditation CD that has all of the elements I am looking for?” Well, this one has it all. The 9 minute introduction explains the meditation process and its uses to those that are new to meditation, but I think it’s quite useful for more seasoned meditators as well. The first 10 minute meditation gives you “cues” to enhance the meditation experience as you form your own routine. Next, there is a 10 minute meditation without the verbal cues–this is a perfect length for me to use in the morning before work when I am pressed for time. Next, there is a 20 minute meditation without the verbal cues–this is the perfect length for unwinding before going to sleep at night. Focusing on your breathing and the Tibetan horn “OM” sound is a great way to clear the mind. This meditation allows you to create that “space” that allows you to develop the channel with your unconscious mind and the universe to attract the life you want. I am so happy to have found this CD and I am using it every day. I just bought one for my friend and am recommending it to everyone I know. Buy it–you will NOT be disappointed.

One of the things I liked best about this CD, is that it teaches you how to meditate in just a few minutes a day. I have a full time job and am a full time student, both of which cause a lot of stress in my daily life. But with this method, I learned how to take just a few minutes out of my busy day, and calm my mind so that I can complete my activities with a clear mental state. The introduction is very helpful, because it reassures the listener that they don’t need to make a big production about meditation, and that they can do it wherever they are most comfortable. I would reccomend this product to anyone who needs a little assistance getting the clutter out of their minds so that they can work, play or even sleep more easily.
I received this CD as a gift a few weeks ago from a friend. I was a bit skeptical at first but decided to try it anyway. This CD is great! The first two tracks talk you through how to use the CD and give you great techniques for breathing. I like track 3 because it’s only 10 minutes which helps a lot with my busy schedule. It’s already helped me sleep better and feel better during the day. Highly recommended!
