It’s a fun game to design courses on, but play does get a bit repetitive. The feature to play the hole in demo mode is great so you don’t create any unplayable areas. Well worth the price!

![golf videos Free Important Tip David Leadbetter's Simple Secrets for Great Golf - Video [VHS]](http://www.golfswingo.com/images/a/31S9443J4HL._SL160_.jpg)

Along with Leadbetter’s The Golf Swing, these are the most helpful books I’ve ever read.
This was a little weak as far as golf instruction books go…Breed seems like a good guy, show is entertaining, book-not the greatest, hes a little all over the place.
Great book, especially if your swing is working well but missing some of the subtle nuances he details. This book answered the why of several questions I had and the how. I am a 13 handicap and like to read and study golf instruction books. As such I have read a lot of them. This is one of my top 5.
I was rummaging through a book store on vacation and saw this one on the shelf. It looked interesting and I figured it would at least give me something to read for a few days. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it and have now re-read it several times.
Bottom line: This is a very good book for the more analytical student of the game. It is a great choice for the intermediate or advanced golfer looking to refine his or her swing without risking yet another swing change by going to a pro. If you have a video camera and want to look at details of your swing, this book will be a terrific support tool. What is demonstrated looks to be a so-called “modern swing” with two-plane technique as is used by the vast majority of golfers.
Best features: There are 176 photos as counted by the author and publisher. The format makes for fast reading and easy understanding yet it is not a simplistic book aimed at beginners.
All aspects of the setup and swing are described in text and demonstrated in photographs. In areas where there is room for misinterpretation or where errors are common, typical mistakes in setup or swing are also clearly demonstrated. While you will get maximum benefit from the book if you do have a video camera, the latter is not necessary to get plenty of help and ideas from the material.
If you are analytical and have played the game for awhile, you might want to give Michael Breed’s book a try. My only reservation for beginners is that I think the material might overwhelm the novice though the photos would be of benefit. Best wishes.
Well I work at a discount store and we have a Wii on display. I usually get to work early and play Mario tennis on it and enjoy it. But I know I don’t play enough to buy the Wii or the sports package so I was like let me see how this system is and if I don’t like it I’ll just return it. I have to admit I was chocked when I started playing it. No the graphics are not as good as the Wii but what do you expect with a fraction of the cost. I actually enjoy playing the games especially the bowling, tennis and golf and I am a grown man. I feel this game is a good investment for people who like interactive games like this but realize they wont play it enough to put all that money into a Wii system. I had trouble with getting synced up once but all you have to do is look on the back side of the base and follow the directions and with in a min I was back up and running.
product as advertised–arrived in timely manner
I enjoy shopping at amazon.com knowing the order will be filled correctly, shipped well and in a short period of time
I never got a chance to use the game never worked, and by the time I used it, it was too late to return it.
I purchased this item after reading other reviews and can truly say this purchase is worth it. We had some problems resyncing the game but overall after one or two tries we are up and running. My kids enjoy this game alot(mostly golf) and I am waiting to take it on a road trip for a time diversion. I truly enjoy having this game and all the benefits of not spending a large amount of money based on the economy.I can truly say as a family we have and will continue to utilize the game for exercise and fun for awhile. The baseball game could have been a little more interesting other than homerun derby and the football is a little challenging at first but overall this is well worth the money spent.
Alright – let me state the obvious facts first.
- 1 This game is clearly meant to be an inexpensive alternative to the unbelievably high-priced, ever-popular Wii.
- 2 It obviously ISN’T a Wii.
- 3 You can NOT buy additional games for this system.
- 4 This is likely an item best suited for kids and young teens.
Now that we have that out of the way – this is a VERY nice game for the entire family to enjoy together. It is simple enough that a 5 year old child could play it, but it can be challenging enough to entertain mom and dad.
This game DOES require both AA and AAA batteries. You can use rechargeables to save cash.
The controller seems to be fairly responsive to movement – though exact form is NOT really important. But that’s perfect for entertaining kids without frustrating them too much.
I purchased this for my 8 year old nephew, and he absolutely loves it.
One added benefit is that it gets kids up and moving. Plus it costs a fraction of the Wii’s price tag.
This is a cool toy for the entire family to enjoy together.
I really liked hotshots golf series since it came out but havent played it in years til this year. I find HSG: Out of bounds to be a very good game graphic and gameplay wise.
Only thing lacking customization could of been nice and bad is after awhile it gets boring which online play would be good to fix the boring-ness but it sucks due to the community.
and it took nearly 3 days (left ps3 on all day) to patch the game to play online. Online was a let down there few people and there not friendly or fun.
If you want online try playing Pangya But I’m so happy I bought this game it’s very over-looked and underrated good game to play with friends/family.
If only I never purchased this game.
The good
The graphics are good, but barely better than Hot Shots Golf Fore. Besides that, the only good thing is the variety of clubs and balls.
The Bad. Where to start.
Depending on the person, the new “advance golf shot” system is terrible compared with the “traditional shot” system, which is more easy to use. Second, and the biggest, is content. You are given a somewhat good amount of players, 15, but the characters are awful, and they can get annoying after a while. The only good character is Kratos, but you have to buy it as an add-on, adding to the already ridiculous price you have to pay for such an inferior game. Another is the amount of courses. In this version you only get 6 total courses, unless you want to buy an extra one as another add-om for 5 more dollars. The next thing is all of the small things you can unlock. The only way to unlock them is by going through tournaments hoping you win something, instead of being able to buy things that you want in a store, which was used in earlier games. Yet another thing is the removal of the beloved Mini-Golf. With the Hot Shots Golf series, they have been slowly getting better and better, but compared to the previous in the series, the worst yet.
